Citizen Conan (= Fishing Eyes Police) is developed and jointly operated by National Police University Public Safety Policy Research Institute and Infinigrew Co., Ltd..

Citizen Conan is a malicious app instantaneous detector to detect malicious apps used for voice phishing developed at the request of front-line police officers, and is the same app as the old Phishing Eyes Police.

[ Citizen Conan Main Features]

* Detects phone interception apps that are abused for various voice phishing apps, impersonation apps for financial institutions, impersonation apps for public institutions such as police/prosecutors, impersonation apps for medical services, impersonation apps for parcel delivery/shopping, and malicious apps for body cam.
* Detection and deletion of non-installed malicious files (.apk / .zip) other than installed malicious apps

[Guidance on App Access Permissions]
Based on the Information and Communications Network Act for the protection of users related to smartphone app access rights, which came into effect on March 23, 2017, Citizen Conan accesses only the items essential to the service, and the contents are as follows.

1. Required access rights
-Storage space: Provides functions to scan and delete uninstalled malicious apps

* In the case of operating systems under Android 6.0, individual consent for access rights is not possible.
Therefore, it is recommended to update the operating system to Android 6.0 or higher using the software update function of the terminal.
