Visit 123zaiko.app and create a new account. Load your items and stocks draggin'n drop excel files. Then split the stocktake based on lots of criteria and assign these little parts to people.

Using this APP, you can have as many people you need working on completing the stocktake. Even if you don't have barcode scanners, the APP can use the smartphone's built-in camera to read barcodes. You don't need any special equipment. Anyone can help doing the stocktake with their own android device.
