The mobile client of the 1C: Document Recognition service simplifies the entry of documents into the 1C database.
The necessary information will be extracted and prepared for input into the 1C database in a convenient form. To do this, simply take a photo of the documents and send them for recognition directly from the mobile application!

Service "1C: Document Recognition":
- Automatically recognizes and prepares for input standard invoices, UPD, TORG-12, Acts and Invoices for payment
- Recognizes some atypical types of Acts and Invoices for payment
- Extracts data from photos, document scans, PDFs, Excel documents, document archives
- Tells if such a document has been loaded before
- Allows you to visually check every detail without having to hold a paper original in front of you
- Checks that the amounts are filled in correctly
- Helps to select the nomenclature from your database
- Remembers the correspondence between your nomenclature and the supplier's nomenclature
- Works fully automatically, without the involvement of third-party proofreaders. If you need to recognize other types of documents, write to us and we will take this into account when developing.

Mobile application 1C: Document Scanner:
- Allows you to upload photos directly from your mobile device
- Does not require access to the database or publication of the database on the Internet.
