ANUGRAH WELFARE FOUNDATION is a non-profit organisation who work at ground level for Health Workers and Health Department, Education and for common people in some various respects.
This app includes four windows for different purpose, the Health Department window usually works for the Health workers most probably in rural areas where the Health Coordinators, CHO, Anganwadi workers, ASHA workers can put their demands of necessities such as Sanitizers, Masks, Gloves, PPE Kit etc. to us by placing their order. So, the Organisation can about their need as soon as possible. The demand they will put will directly add to our data and user can see their recent order and order history in their profile. Before this they need to be registered by us so the app can register them with unique ID, to keep their data safe and arranged. Every time when they login to the service they will get all the details in their profile. And the window also includes the helpline section where they can contact us directly if they have any query or face any type of issue regarding their orders and workplace problems or harassments. The organisation will try to provide help to them by their reach.
The Education Department is very sensitive as Education is the key to success and knowledge. This window will sign in the students who are interested to us and our services with a counselling, the app will provide them a Counselling form where they can fill the details about them to get counselled by our volunteers within a particular period. The Counselling is all about knowing their interest and helping them to choose their right path/career. And providing them help to choose right career and institute for a better future. Education section will be updated regularly within some interval of time which will include test series, webinars, competitions etc. for the students to improve and learns new skills for their betterment which will glorify their personality and knowledge as per the situation and to make a clear path for their career. And the organisation will be in regular contact with them.
The Mental Health Department is also a crucial as the good health also includes a healthy mental health. This section will welcome everyone to get relieved from their mental stress. The survey form will get popup to your screen that will be research purpose of the organisation. The data you feed in the app will be kept by the app and organisation and will not be shared to any other platform or organisation. After submitting the form, the user must wait for the approval given by our organisation and will be contacted as per our volunteer’s time slot. In case of emergency, the app will provide you the contacts detail of the organisation so you can contact us as soon as possible. In case, we find any major issues the user will be referred to the professionals. This section will give an update of the solutions you can do to improve your mental health by natural processes.
