Aurinkomatkat

The Aurinkomatkat app acts as a travel partner at all stages of your holiday! Download the app as soon as your holiday is booked and you will have access to the following services:

• Destination information and holiday tips
• Maps of your resort that work even without a network connection
• a chat service that opens for you 3 weeks before the start of your holiday
• holiday calendar and weather
• flight information and reserved services at the destination
• booking excursions and activities, including during your holiday *
• Pre-planned City Tours **

The Aurinkomatkat app is used in almost all of our destinations. ***

To use the app, you must have a valid travel reservation to the destination where the app is running. To check in, you will need your travel confirmation number and a certificate code that will arrive via SMS during check-in. The code will be sent to the phone number you provided when booking your trip. The phone number must be Finnish. The trip booker can invite other members of the travel party to use the app after logging in to the app.

Use of the application is free of charge. Some content requires a network connection, and if you want to avoid data transfer charges, we recommend using Wi-Fi at your destination.

*** The Aurinkomatkat application is not available on the Island Hopping from Santorini special trip or on trips customized at the customer's request. The application is not available on all self-contained City Holidays, you can check on Aurinkomatkat's website whether the application is available in your holiday destination. The application cannot be used by people traveling on group bookings or on flights only. To log in to the application, a Finnish telephone number must be provided with the travel reservation.
