CG Dial112 Citizen App

Dial 112 application is physical safety/emergency service provided by Chhattisgarh Government for state Citizens. This service is implemented as per the guidelines of Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) issues by Ministry of Home Affaire. Government of India.CG Dial 112 Citizen App is specially designed based on requirements of Chhattisgarh Police for providing high performance and intuitive user interface during emergency. This is an innovative app designed for women, senior citizens and anyone who needs assistance in an urgent situation. App is primarily used to get help required emergency response agencies with minimal or unnoticeable effort. It provides following functionalities to report distress / emergency situation .
1)Dial 112 – Unique feature to initiate telephonic conversation with CG Dial 112 control center representative (using 112 call) and simultaneously share current location along with periodic location updates (until call is active) in the background.
2) SOS – Distress citizen to press button and in the background App silently records and shares following details

a. Current Location along with its periodic location updates.
b. Recorded Audio and share with CG Dial 112 control center.
c. Recorded Video / Image and share with CG Dial 112 control center.
d. In case of no / poor GPRS (mobile network) application shares Current Location using SMS.

SOS Help!
In an emergency, you can use the SOS Help! option to initiate an alert covertly for assistance from CG Dial 112 Agency. Your current location, audio, video, mobile battery level and mobile signal level information is shared with the agency and registered guardians for prompt help.

Dial 112
For assistance, initiate a voice call using the Dial 112 option. Your call is routed to the Dial 112 Control Room. In the background, your current location is shared to the Call Agent who is receiving your call.
