The first step is to download the app to be able to participate in video calls on the study. With video call, you can have a safe, efficient and personal dialogue with our staff. To use the app you need a smartphone, tablet or a computer with a camera, microphone and internet connection. You log in using BankID.

The introductory video call assesses study staff whether you are responsible for the monitoring of the study criteria and is suitable as a research person. If you qualify for the study, you will have video visit with our study staff once a month to follow up the results. The treatment will last for 90 days and follow-up in 90 days after treatment. You thus participating in the study for a total of six months.

Video calls booked by our study staff and you will receive a confirmation email with appointments and instructions. When it's time for your video calls, log in to the app using BankID and click through to the meeting. Our staff will call you when they are ready for talks.

All communication in video visit is protected with encryption for safe and secure video calling.
