Chacra Bilu

The Chacra Bilu app allows Android users to search for fruits, vegetables and meats, and to order from Chacra Bilu directly from their mobile.
We are the only ones in all of Uruguay, with our own production in the fifth with imported seeds.
The packaging has a modified atmosphere, which keeps intact all the characteristics of our products.
In Uruguay we are one of the few that make deliveries in refrigerated trucks.
We have all the qualifications corresponding to our item.

We started in the year 2000 betting on life in rural areas, Eng. Juan A. Cipolina began our activity with a mediation plantation of Raft tomato, brought from Spain and the construction of the first greenhouse.

We currently have a modern 450 m2 store in front of the Mercado Modelo fully equipped with 2 cold rooms, environments with a modified atmosphere, H2O coolers, a billing and stock control system in real time, 4 vehicles with satellite tracking and a capacity delivery of 8 tons per day. All this gives us the possibility today to sell our production to buyers in the Model Market, department stores, cruises, hotels and restaurants, maintaining the same quality line as our beginnings.


PRODUCTION
The fifth and all its facilities, warehouses, packaging warehouse, etc. They were designed according to Global GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) standards. These rules are those that govern the marketing of fruits and vegetables in the European Economic Community and in the United States. The operation is carried out under the rules of Integrated Production, which among other aspects restricts the use of agrochemicals to those that do not harm the environment in your set.

PACKING
We use high quality containers, which allow us to wash with hypochlorite after each delivery, thus avoiding the transmission of germs to the vegetables and deposits of our clients. We sell in special single-layer trays weighing approximately six kilos. We have cold rooms for the preservation of vegetables during the short period between harvest and delivery. Packing equipped with 24hs Modified Atmosphere, cold chambers for each variety of fruit and vegetables. Control procedure, machines for high durability treatment. Preparation and hygiene according to international standards. Packaging with expiration date and storage temperature.

DISTRIBUTION
We literally guarantee our customers the quality and conformity of the merchandise they receive 100% usable, substituting in the next order the merchandise that is not to their liking. IP telephone exchange which transforms each order into an email, referring it to the person responsible for the assembly, where it automatically indicates the name of the customer, the quality requested and the distribution in which it leaves.

GIVE ON TIME
Our vehicle fleet has satellite tracking equipment, providing an accurate report of the delivery time in your store.

MONITORING OF CONSUMPTION
We keep statistics on the consumption of our frequent customers, which alerts us to the lack of an order, thus preventing errors such as the customer forgetting to order merchandise.

SURPLUS ON BOARD
We always carry surplus merchandise in our vehicles in case our clients need to attach something at the time of delivery.

RESPONSIBLE MARKETING
We provide analysis of the merchandise that we commercialize, both in the case of the one produced by Chacra Bilu and the one acquired in the plaza.
