Mohamed Tablawi, born Mohamed Mahmoud Tablawi is an Egyptian priest and reader of the Qur'an. He was born November 14, 1934 in a village called Met Oqba, Egypt
When he was four years old, Mohamed Tablawi began memorizing the Qur'an and was truly committed to remembering him at the age of ten. In 1956, Mohamed obtained the Al Azhar pronunciation title. At the age of 15, Mohamed Tablawi gained a lot of popularity as a reciter and cast his vote on the Qur'an at a meeting held by the famous Cheikh in Egypt.

Recommended by Cheikh Abd Al Fatah Al Kadi and Cheikh Al Ghazali, Mohamed Tablawi joined the Egyptian TV Channels in 1956. Shortly afterwards, he received wide recognition and appreciation and became the most widely heard reciters in all of Egypt or outside. As such, he is as popular in Saudi Arabia
Mohamed Tablawi often organizes reading and debating nights on various Islamic issues with the aim of increasing youth participation in Islamic movements and thoughts.

Known as a gold-voiced resiter, Mohamed Tablawi has read to famous personalities. He read the Holy Qur'an during the funeral of the king of Jordan, the mother of Al Hussain, the late king of Morocco, the funeral of Hassan II and the son of Hafez Al Assad, the funeral of Bassel.

Mohamed Tablawi has released many tapes and videos including his reading.
