The Ministry of Economy, in partnership with Sebrae, provides suppliers with the Compras.gov.br application, which provides the opportunity to monitor procurement processes in the Compras.gov.br system.

With an intuitive layout and modern design, the application adds speed, practicality, agility in navigation and operation of the competitions carried out by the Compras.gov.br system.

For you who are not yet a government supplier, it is possible to register your company directly in the application, and thus participate in government contracting processes.

For electronic waiver modality, it is possible to register proposals through the application. And in this new version, it is possible to send bids for purchases made through the electronic waiver.

Discover some features of the Application:

★ Accredit my company:
Accredit your company in the Sicaf system - System of Unified Registration of Suppliers, informing only the CNPJ/CPF, and then you will be able to participate in the bidding processes.
Heads up! It is essential that your company has an active registration with the IRS.

★ Registration of proposals:
It is possible to register proposals for electronic waiver through the application, simply choose the electronic waiver that still has the deadline for registration in force. The proposal will be available both on the app and on the web.

★ Sending Bids:
It is possible to submit bids for purchases made by electronic waivers in the application. Select the procedure that has the current bid submission deadline, in dispute, select the desired item and submit your bid.
In order to submit bids, it is necessary to have registered the proposal in that item.

★ Login with biometrics:
With the use of Biometrics, you continue to have complete security in access, but without the need to re-enter your credentials.

★ Filters:
Customize viewing and receiving opportunities from hiring processes as well as messages.

In order for you to be able to view the contracting processes and receive notifications, you must select at least one supply line.

★ Opportunities:
View the hiring processes that have a deadline for receiving current proposals.
Opportunities are displayed according to the filters performed.

★ Messages:
Receive directly in the application the official communications related to the hiring processes that you have favored or submitted a proposal, as well as messages of warnings, clarifications and challenges.

★ Appointments:
An appointment book, where you can view your upcoming appointments.

★ Participations:
Allows the Supplier who submitted proposals to view and track electronic contracts since 2017.

★ Favorites:
By favoring a process or items of a contract, they will become part of your commitment list. Thus, you will be able to follow and observe specific events related to the processes or favorite items.

★ Linking the Compras.gov.br user with the application user via GOV.BR:
Now the CPF of the user registered on Compras.gov.br will be linked to GOV.BR, facilitating access to its contents, so you can access the hiring processes, favorites and saved filters, through any device.
