The game doesn’t require you to log in daily as there are no things to be gained when you’re not playing the game. It does give a nice benefit when you log in daily. Each day you will be given a reward and the more you log in daily the better the rewards become for the entire week. If you fail to log in that day, then you can’t avail of the highest reward possible. Just log in once per day even if you have no intention of playing the game.
