This program will keep your body guessing to maintain a healthy lifestyle with your kids. Every quarter you will gain access to a new collection of videos.


4-Week PP Course includes week by week videos to work on breathing, alignment, PF connections, stretch and strength. This is a premium program to heal and strengthen your body to safely restart your high intensity pre-baby activities.

ABS Rehab offers a full course book of both written and video material. This is ideal for moms struggling to heal their lingering Diastasis Recti aka the dreaded “mommy pooch”. A program to crush your DR whether you are newly PP or 13+ years PP.

Pelvic Floor healing is for the mom looking to heal their prolapse “heavy feeling”, incontinence, painful sex or lower back pain. You will learn proper breathing techniques, alignment and strengthening exercises to easily incorporate into your everyday life.

Pregnancy Fit hosts a full library of pregnancy modifications for every trimester. This program is the perfect pairing with the Mommy Maintenance subscription. Let’s breakdown all modifications, pressure management and prepare you for your strongest delivery experience yet.

REVITALIZE is your private one on one training. Each package includes 5 (1hr) sessions, either in-person or virtual depending on location, and custom workout plans to strengthen plus heal your body, based on your unique goals.
