As a child, your father, patriotic to a fault and believing of even the most insane conspiracy theories, would tell you tales of war and destruction as bedtime stories. He told them in ways that you could imagine them as stories, and not the believed works of truth he truly believed them. One day, he would always say, you will see the truth, and you will be prepared, because you know.

Fast forward several years, and now, an elite sniper for the Block Ops unit, you fight just as the hero of your father's tales once did. The only difference is, these aren't stories, you father isn't around to tuck you tight, and those theories... they were real.

On a series of clandestine missions, you begin to see just what your father always went on about. The brainwashed officials, the crestfallen nation, succumbed to a bloody stalemate between the Cube clans and the Block Federation that has compromised the economy and destroyed once sound and thriving cities of produce and trade. When your nation decides to pool all their remaining forces in an all-out attack, your commander and chief executive are captured and their intelligence indoctrinated.

Only you survive the brutal attack, a fate that does not escape you as foretold by your father. But you are prepared, and you are in possession of all the knowledge you need to execute the plans. The journey will be that much more treacherous alone, but that's how you like it. You are used to working solo, and believe with care, you will survive.
