With the DIV app, you can conveniently report concerns and damage to us around the clock, including photo documentation, via smartphone. In addition, we provide you with a digital document folder with important documents for your property(s). We use the digital bulletin board to inform you proactively and as quickly as possible about important information about the property entrusted to us.

- Always perfectly informed: Do you have questions about the rental agreement, re-ordering keys or owner meetings? In an FAQ area you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
- Interactive and intuitive: You can record damage reports or other concerns with photos directly in the app. Your case will be processed quickly and you will receive regular status updates via push messages.

To register for the DIV App:
- You will receive a personalized email from us with an invitation to join the DIV App
- Press the “Confirm registration” button and enter your personally chosen password
- Download the DIV app from the app stores for your smartphone and log in with your email address and your chosen password
- Now you can simply use all the advantages of our digital customer service!
