DKB-TAN2go

The app is for customers of the DKB who want to use the TAN2go procedure. For the installation you need the login name and your (start) password for the internet banking. Activate TAN2go at any time in banking under Service> TAN procedure> Reconnect device with TAN2go.

TAN2go: MOBILE AND SECURE RECEIVING TAN
Receive TANs anytime and anywhere in the DKB-TAN2go app on your Android device. This is how you approve transfers, applications, securities orders or changes to your contact details.

HERE WE GO
• Load the DKB-TAN2go app on your Android device and assign an 8-digit password.
• In the next step you link the TAN2go app with your banking.
• As a NEW CUSTOMER, you will receive the registration data for the TAN2go procedure and a start password with which you can log into banking by post. You will also receive a registration letter to link the app. Follow the instructions in the registration letter. (Note: DKB-TAN2go procedure with hyphen, after the start password there is no comma, at the end of the period)
• As a DKB CUSTOMER, you activate TAN2go directly in banking under Service> TAN procedure> Reconnect device with TAN2go and then follow the instructions for linking your mobile device.

OUR TIP: BANKING WITH ONLY ONE MOBILE DEVICE
Use the DKB-TAN2go app together with the DKB banking app. By dividing the banking and security functions into two apps, mobile banking is securely possible on one device. The TAN is transferred automatically - the annoying typing of the numbers is no longer necessary.

And this is how it works: As usual z. B. Enter your transfer in the DKB banking app. When you request a TAN, you will be directed to the DKB-TAN2go app. Register here with your personal password, call up your TAN and transfer it securely to the DKB banking app with just one click. Then only approve the transaction in the DKB banking app - done.

Note on authorizations:
• The "Telephone" authorization is absolutely necessary for the device binding, without this authorization it is not possible to use the app.
• The “Camera” authorization enables the QR code to be read in to link the TAN2go connection. Alternatively, the data can be entered manually.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
• Android 5 or a later version is installed on your device.
• Your device is not rooted: The TAN2go procedure is not offered for Android devices with root access. The high security standards of mobile banking cannot be guaranteed on rooted smartphones. Often the rooting comes from the manufacturer of your device. An update of the operating system is often sufficient.
• No screen reader is installed on your device: If a screen reader is installed on your mobile device, requested TANs can be read out and misused. Therefore it is not possible to use a screen reader. To use the DKB-TAN2go app, uninstall the screen reader (often under Settings> Input help).
• For full functionality of the TAN2go app, please do not use Android beta versions.
