The large dictionary of German Sign Language is the world's largest electronic dictionary of sign language and is now also available as an app for Android everywhere. Now anyone on the go and anywhere on the go can quickly find a wanted sign in the dictionary on their Android smartphone and be shown as a video. To find a gesture, there is an A-Z list and a quick search function. In the development of the app special emphasis was placed on a simple and fast operation, so that the dictionary can be a constant companion. In learning lists, you can save vocabulary that you want to quickly recall at any time. There are also some learning functions. So you can specifically prepare for a topic and quickly learn a specific vocabulary.

Important note: Please test in the free BasisApp, if the videos work without any problems, before you buy additional fee-based additional packages! In particular, some new LG devices can not play the videos.

The app can be downloaded with a small introductory vocabulary with basic terms for free from the Google Play Store. The other terms are divided into a total of 10 fee-based theme packages, with which the entire DGS dictionary can be set up for a fee. There are the packages: Household, Occupation, Medicine, Technology, Society, Science, Leisure, Economy, General, Supplements. These add-on packages are purchased and downloaded in the app's Packages menu.

After downloading the videos once, the app will no longer need a permanent online connection.
