The Trust mobile application is free for all our clients. By registering in this application, you will automatically gain access to the Trust Trust Branch.
With the application, you always have practical functions at hand for solving your health and paying insurance premiums.
After logging in to the application, you have:
- the Insured's Trust card and your children's cards,
- European card (EHIC) and EHIC cards for your children,
- offline insurance card - in case you do not have access to the Internet
- diagnose using self-diagnosis *
- EU digital covid card **
- electronic health card
- recipes on mobile
- adding children
- the possibility to apply for the Healthy Teeth benefit
- Possibility to overpay for co-payments for medicines
- SOS first aid card
- information on health insurance payments
- the possibility of paying insurance premiums

* Self-diagnosis does not replace a qualified medical examination and is used exclusively for information and educational purposes.

** Trust makes available in the mobile application a digital covid EU card issued in the Slovak Republic, which is used to:
- withdrawal of the digital version of the EU covid card (confirmation of vaccination / first dose, second dose, confirmation of the test performed, confirmation of overcoming covid-19),
- storage of the digital version of the covid of the EU card in the client's facility
- display of a digital version of the certificate to verify its authenticity at the place where services are provided that require off-line or on-line verification of EU licenses (to the extent and in accordance with the applicable methodology issued by the Public Health Office and the Ministry of Health) SR).
There is confidence in making digital covers of EU licenses available to operators in fulfilling the obligation imposed by law (§ 15 par. 1 letter ai) of Act no. 581/2004 Coll. on Health Insurance Companies, Supervision of Health Care and on Amendments to Certain Acts as Amended). When making digital covid cards available, the EU does not collect any personal data from clients. The National Health Information Center (NCZI), with its registered office at Lazaretská 26, 811 09 Bratislava, is responsible for the accuracy of the data and thus for the correct provision of EU digital licenses in accordance with the Integration Plan Agreement concluded with the Trust (https://www.crz.gov .sk / data / att / 2929847.pdf).
Personal data is stored only on the client's mobile device. No third party has access to them, not even Trust as the operator of the mobile application. Clients' personal data from digital covid EU cards are not disclosed or stored. If you decide not to use the Client with the MoA, after uninstalling the mobile application, the uploaded personal data from the digital covid of EU cards will be deleted.
If the client believes that the personal data on the certificate is incorrect or out of date, he has the right to correct it, which can be applied at the National Center for Health Information (NCZI), with its registered office at Lazaretská 26, 811 09 Bratislava 1, e-mail: nczisk @ nczisk.sk.
