- Automatic access to the common front door: If a smartphone is registered at the common entrance, Smart One Pass is running, and a BLE common entrance terminal is installed, you can automatically enter and exit the common entrance of the apartment.

- Parking location registration: Parking location registration is performed using the underground parking lot BLE emergency bell and Bluetooth communication. If the parking location registration is successful, you can check the parking location on the wall pad (household device) in the household.

-Check parking location: If you register your parking location at least once, you can check the last time you registered your parking location and the number of pillars in the underground parking lot.

- Emergency: When an emergency occurs in the underground parking lot, pressing the emergency button sounds a warning light or siren on the BLE emergency bell of the underground parking lot and displays the emergency location in the emergency room.
