[Notes on foreign exchange margin trading]
Forex margin trading involves the risk of being damaged by changes in foreign exchange rates and interest rates, and the investment principal can not be guaranteed. It is possible to trade a large amount of money compared to the amount of margin deposited, and there is a risk that the profit and loss fluctuation rate of the investment principal is large compared to the market rate of fluctuation, and depending on the situation, the loss may exceed the amount of evidence deposited. The price of each currency presented by the company is different from the selling and buying prices. The amount of required margin deposited by the customer to our company is equivalent to 4% of the transaction amount. The amount of margin required for corporate customers is the amount obtained by multiplying the amount of transaction by the exchange rate risk ratio for each currency pair calculated by the Financial Futures Trading Association, which is 1% or more of the transaction amount. The assumed foreign exchange risk ratio is calculated using the quantitative calculation model prescribed in Article 117, paragraph 27 (1) of the Cabinet Office Ordinance on Financial Instruments and Exchange Business, etc. At the time of loss cut, at the time of forced settlement, a fee of ¥ 500 per tax unit will be generated per 10,000 currency units (however, South African rand / yen and Mexican peso / yen will be ¥ 500 tax per 100,000 currency units). If the total market value falls below 50% of the required margin (100% for corporate customers), it will be a loss cut. At loss cut, a loss exceeding the principal may occur at the time of forced settlement. Spreads may expand during sudden changes in market prices or indicators.
