Fitness Advance

Fitness Advance is an application created for the PI of the DAM course at IES Murgi.
- Exercises grouped in Bodybuilding and Fat Burning.
- Complete routines to perform both at home and in the gym.
- Interval training with sets, work time and
rest you want to perform.
- A menu where you can save your weight, height, and other data.
- BMI calculator where you can see your physical condition and judge for yourself
your progress yourself.

This application was designed so that you can easily choose the routines based on what you need, whether to increase your muscle mass or burn fat, in addition to offering an experience that is as complete as possible while being intuitive.
