Gadha

The “Gadha“ app is a solution designed around the idea of staff involvement in gaining product knowledge, marketing that product knowledge to the customer through simple sharing mechanism and getting rewards and recognition in doing so.

“Gadha” provides different modules of the app and complete autonomy to the employees to plan and apply their own judgement on when to learn about the products, what and who to share their product knowledge with and how to redeem the rewards as a result of the outcome of their efforts.

Purpose of “Gadha” is to:
• Engage Warba Staff in a fun way of learning and gaining knowledge about Warba Bank’s products
• Easily market and sell Bank’s products
• Earn points as virtual coins that can be redeemed for various cash and non-cash rewards/incentives
• Get recognition and take pride in being a proud brand ambassador of the Bank
