Easy login: now, you enter your CPF, e-mail or card, and you will remain connected. You no longer need to log in every time you want to use the app. More security and agility for you!

Scheduling Teleconsultations and Face-to-face Consultations: we redesigned the entire process to be more intuitive and practical. Now, you will be able to filter the consultation times according to the period of the day (morning, afternoon or night) and choose what is best for you, both for face-to-face consultations and for call centers (video calls). Exclusively in face-to-face consultations, you will be able to view the units on the map, know the distance from them to you and draw a route to them. (Remembering that, to do this, you need the Google Maps application installed).

Did you forget that you had an appointment or an exam? Do not worry! We will always remember and help you with that! We will send you notifications when the day and time of your appointments and exams is approaching. If you use Google Calendar, you can save your queries directly to your calendar. So, we help you not to forget to keep your health up to date!

Urgent Teleconsultation: as the Covid-19 pandemic is not over yet, we need you to stay at home as long as you can. To help with this, we set up the most modern medical care system by video call in Brazil. It serves both simple symptoms and symptoms related to Covid-19. You will be able to register your facial biometrics directly in the application and carry out your emergency teleconsultations, with the same quality and commitment, whenever you want. With this option, you can be safe at home and make appointments with our doctors without having to go to a unit.

My Financial: no difficulty when paying your plan! You asked and we answered! In addition to the Boleto PDF, we will have the digitizable line for payment through your bank's app, your Payment History and your plan report for Income Tax Return.

Scheduling Dental Appointments: we want to see you always smiling! If you have our dental plan, you will be able to choose the best dentists that are closest to you. You can now make an appointment and confirm your presence. If something unexpected happens, you can cancel or reschedule your visit to the dentist. Everything easy and direct in the app!

My Exams: Did the doctor order tests? You can book through our app. Did an unforeseen event arise? Smoothly! You can cancel or reschedule your exam schedule. When the result is released, it will be just a few taps away.
