بالعودة الى الطبيعة نجد أن أجدادنا على مدى عصور كثيرة تعاملوا مع الاعشاب والنباتات كمصدر طبيعي لعلاج الأمراض وذلك لخلوها من التأثيرات الجانبية على جسم الإنسان وبالرجوع الى علم الصيدلة نجد أن العديد من الأدوية مستخلصة من النباتات و الاعشاب فيعرض برنامج الاعشاب وصف لكل عشب و الامراض التى يعالجها و طرق تحضيره و التحذيرات الخاصة باستخدام هذا العشب وصور و نصائح بالاضافة الى عدة انواع مختلفة من ريجيمات الاعشاب .

By going back to nature, we’ll find that our ancestors over the eras and ages , used herbs and plants as a main source to cure diseases, and that’s because they don’t have any side effects on the body, and referring back to the science of pharmacy, we would find that a lot of medicines are extracted from plants and herbs, there is a description for every kind of herb and the diseases it cures and how to prepare it, and certain warnings when using this kind of herb and pictures and advices on how to use them for diets as well.
