When you start, YOU are the first 'Item' in Itemtopia. Then add your home, some things in it, people, pets and anything else. Then the real fun begins. You do NOT need Folders - and CLOUD BACKUP is included.

Itemtopia is a personal vault that stores information about everything and everyone in your life. Add notes, images, warranties, expenses, documents, manuals, add a note to an item which contains repair notes or videos for future reference and much more.

To ensure you never lose this information, we include Cloud backup for free in case your phone is lost or stolen.

Expenses and Receipts
You can also add expenses for any person, item, service or pet and you can tag receipts or expenses are tax deductible as well as give each expense a category for reporting.

Product Safety Recall Notifications (Vehicle, Furniture, Appliances, Electronics) are included. Our recalls alert to you potential problems. To see how these work, add your car or see our recalls in action by adding a furniture item with Brand ‘Ikea’ with the Model name ‘Malm’. You will see three recalls appear for that bedroom dresser. We will notify you as soon a new recall appears from our records on one of your items.

Every Item or Service has a place for you to add the original receipt, warranty, photos, product details and UNLIMITED NOTES per item.

Add Notes to People, Items and Pets
Add notes about services (insurance documents, cellphone and internet plan details) and these are time stamped.
Pets - Keep vaccination records, add reminders for periodic medication
Cars - Add expenses, vehicle history, mileage, photos, what you repaired, videos and more
Reminders - Add quarterly reminders to change your furnace or water filter

We love our staff, so we asked some of them to give us some examples of how they use Itemtopia. Here is what some of them told us.
- Kristen: Created a single Item called ‘Clothing’ and I add a new note for each item I buy. My notes have photos of the tops and dresses and the size into that one item called Clothing. The reason I do this is because every clothing brand has different sizing for me so the next time I want to order something on-line, I look to see what size I am for that brand. I also created an item called Cosmetics and I add a note on what cosmetics I like and do not like as well as what I paid.
- Denise: I added my Pet’s allergies and a monthly reminder for flea/tick medication in summer months
- Steve: Added my Chainsaw spark plug number and chain style/length so I can order the proper one next time.
- Blair: On my race car, I add notes on the car setup for each race, and tire pressures and track temperatures and I take photos of time sheets so I can compare them for the next race.
- Steve: On my boat, I set reminders to check gear oil in the fall and I added the warranty for my trolling motor as well as my bilge pump. I also added my fishing license into my boat item!
- Kristen: Added the IP address and password for my apartment wifi set-up as well as passwords for everything - and the warranty and receipt from my new router.
