"Tossan Sittan (Tokuyama Shokudo)" where you can casually enjoy authentic Korean gourmet cultivated over many years in Osaka Tsuruhashi, "K's kitchen" centered on development at food courts, carefully selected for daily dining table with rich Korean taste A variety of seasonal-based "fresh & healthy" products such as "K's Deli", a food store that provides ingredients and seasonings, and "Mail Kimpa," a ready-to-eat restaurant where you can easily take home Korean gimbap and prepared foods. We are developing a variety of food stores.
In addition, K's kitchin introduces a variety of Korean sweets, and also develops "Pojagi", which independently develops and provides fresh and fruity new-style sweets and desserts.
"Bojagi" is the Korean word for "furoshiki", and it is said that bojagi has been used for a long time with the meaning of "wrapping fortune" and with compassion and wishes for people. We named it "Bojagi" from the desire to wrap up our customers with happiness, and offer sweets and desserts with a new sensation and texture.
