Presensi Mobile merupakan aplikasi real time untuk mengukur kehadiran pegawai di kantor maupun luar kantor secara real memanfaatkan teknologi Wi Fi dan GPS. Bisnis proses yang dirancang menyesuaikan dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di lingkungan pegawai negeri sipil antara lain Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2017, Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010.

SKP Mobile merupakan aplikasi real time mengukur kinerja pegawai meliputi sasaran kerja pegawai dan perilaku kerja pegawai yang disinkronkan dengan data presensi pegawai, data penyerapan anggaran dan data output kinerja pegawai yang tersedia. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 46 Tahun 2011 menjadi landasan bisnis proses aplikasi SKP Mobile yang dimodifikasi sesuai dengan kondisi, kebutuhan dan target kinerja instansi.
Mobile Presence is a real time application to measure the presence of employees in the office or outside the office in real time utilizing Wi Fi and GPS technology. Business processes that are designed to adjust to the provisions of legislation applicable in the civil service include Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017, Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010.

SKP Mobile is a real time application measuring employee performance including employee work goals and employee work behavior synchronized with employee attendance data, budget absorption data and available employee performance output data. Government Regulation Number 46 of 2011 became the business foundation for the modified SKP Mobile application process in accordance with the conditions, needs and performance targets of the agency.
