The KiKA player app is the free media library from the children's channel of ARD and ZDF and offers children's series, children's films and videos for children - for watching videos that are saved offline and for streaming.

✈️ MY OFFLINE VIDEOS
Are you traveling with your children and don't have WiFi or enough mobile data to watch the new episodes of your favorite series? Our offline function makes it possible! Easily save videos to your offline space beforehand. With the KiKA Player app, children can watch our children's program anytime, anywhere on their iPhone or iPad - whether at home or on the go.

The younger child particularly likes KiKANiNCHEN, Super Wings and Shaun the Sheep, but the older sibling would rather check out the knowledge formats and series for older people such as Checker Welt, logo!, PUR+, the WGs or Find me in Paris? Then you will be happy about this news: Everyone can create their own profile and save their favorite videos in the Like area, watch videos they have started later in the Continue watching area or save them for offline use. Whether hearty bear, cyclops, unicorn or rabbit - every child can choose their own avatar and design the app individually for themselves.

📺 STREAM VIDEOS ON TV
Tablet or mobile phone is too small for you? Would you rather watch your favorite series or films together as a family or with friends? With Chromecast, you can stream the videos to the big screen. The KiKA player is also available as an HbbTV offer on Smart TV. This is how you bring the children's program directly into your living room.

ℹ️ INFORMATION FOR PARENTS
The family-friendly KiKA player app is protected and age-appropriate. Only children's films and children's series that are really appropriate for children are displayed. Based on the age information in the profile, only age-appropriate videos are recommended. In the adult area, parents will find additional functions to make the offer even more individual for their children. It is possible to restrict the viewing of videos to preschool movies and series throughout the app. In addition, the available video time can be set with the app alarm clock. As usual, the public children's program will remain free, non-violent and without advertising.
