It can completely digitize the manual process of visitor management and increase visitor management efficiency. The app has the following features -

- Invite Visitors: Extend an invite to important clients or contacts to directly enter the premises without the need for any verification or validation

- Token Based Priority : Security Guards can take entry of walk-in visitors and can call out token numbers for members to enter the premises based on a pre-assigned priority.

- Multi-Tiered Access - Manage on-boarding, data security and validation through a multi-tiered access between head office, individual warehouse admins and staff

- Communication with Guard - Managers can inform the guard on which visitor to send in next, based on the waiting list.

- Link to Calendars - Link all appointments to the existing calendars of the managers to keep track of occupancy and appointments for the day.

- Calendar: To add or modify reminders when inviting a visitor
