Technical Reason :

'Large Phone : with Bigger UI' app uses contact list for calling, receiving phone calls, see and access user favourite contact list, access blocked numbers, add contact to speed dial from contact list..
App's core purpose is use of contact list without which main functions of app will not work.

Permission Required:
Query All Packages : Uses 'QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES' permission on Android 11 and above for working content providers between apps like default 'Contact' app and 'Large Phone : with Bigger UI' app.
READ_CONTACTS : To get all contacts from phone.
WRITE_CONTACTS : To apply function for contact like delete contact, view contact details, etc.
PERMISSION_READ_PHONE_STATE : To make and manage phone calls/
PERMISSION_CALL_PHONE : To know if action performed is DIAL or CALL.
