How simple is the process with Loans Chap Chap?
1. Download the Loans Chap Chap app from Playstore.
2. Create an account or login if you already have an account.
3. Complete your profile and submit for review.
4. Fill out our loan application in the Loans Chap Chap mobile app.
5. Verify your Loan application.
6. Once the loan is approved it is disbursed to your mobile phone.

How to repay your loan with Loans Chap Chap?
Customers can enjoy a preference for loan terms up to 90 days.
• 90-day loan payment terms have a one-time fee of 12.5%*
• Grow with Loanschapchap and build your limit up to KSh 50,000 by making your loan repayments on time and frequent borrowing
• For example, for a 90-day loan with principal amount of KSh 1,000, the service fee would be KSh250 and the total amount due would be KSh 1,250.

Depending on the loan amount for which you have qualified for, you have the option to choose repayment terms for up to 90 days . Customers have the option to select a term as short as 61 days.

1. Repay your loan with M-PESA through our Paybill No. 593796, your mobile phone number you sign up with being the account number or using mpesa Xpress.
2. You may repay the loan any time on or before it is due date, you may either make partial payments provided you clear the loan balance before it is due date or repay in full.

Loans Chap Chap lending terms;

You can increase your loan limit up to KShs.50,000.00 by consistently keeping the App installed and making your loan repayments on time.
The interest rate chargeable on your loan depends on your repayment preference
1. minimum of 61 days repayment period attracts an interest rate of 15%
2. maximum of 90 days repayment period attracts an interest rate of 18%
3. Over 90days repayment period attracts an interest rate of 19%

A late fee of 8% of principal amount and interest may be applied to loans past due.

Effective APR 25%

Terms and Conditions:

Loans Chap Chap charges an interest rate of 5%-15% of principal amount. The repayment schedules varies depending on your repayment preference.

There is no minimum payment period for repayment.

A late fee of 8% of principal amount and interest may be applied to loans past due.

No other fees will be charged after this time.
