The Luxury Table platform allows its users reserve tables in partner establishments, etc., which may be operated and managed by third parties or companies affiliated with the platform (hereinafter referred to as "restaurants, cafés, or cafes").
The purpose of this platform is to provide users with an easy and convenient service by connecting them with establishments within and outside their area to reserve tables. The Luxury Table platform acts as an agent on behalf of these establishments to complete your reservation through the platform and manage your experience through booking management. We created the platform to act as an intermediary for its users.
The Luxury Table platform does not sell goods or interfere in any way with the production of goods or services produced by the establishments. What this online market offers users is the possibility to search and find local establishments that offer or provide these tables at their addresses and allow them to book them through this platform. In this way, the establishments comply with the local laws, rules, regulations, and standards of the country that apply to the reservation, preparation, sale, marketing,g and safety of the services.
However, users should understand that the Luxury Table Platform does not independently verify in any way the credentials, endorsements or products, components, or quality of the facilities or that the facilities comply with applicable laws. Users should rely on the information provided by the establishments on the Platform or as a result of bookings made by Users directly with the establishments regarding the quality and reliability of the establishments and their compliance with applicable laws.
Therefore, we reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit or restrict sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Due to the laws in some countries, we will not offer certain goods or restricted goods for sale to you; any offer of goods on the Platform is null and void if prohibited by law."
In addition, the Luxury Table platform does not guarantee in any way the quality of table reservations or goods or the conformity of goods with applicable laws and does not guarantee the conformity of the list of reservations, tables, or goods displayed on the platform with what is offered to users. In addition, the Property may certify that the preparation of the reservation, table, or goods and services meets specific standards, e.g. (among others) ic", "vegan" or standards for allergens, e.g. (among others) "food nuts, gluten or lactose". However, the Luxury Table platform is not obliged to provide information about ingredients or allergens on the platform. If you have allergies, allergic reactions, or dietary restrictions and requirements, please contact the accommodation before booking or ordering items on our platform if Luxury Table cannot independently fulfill or verify these representations.
With this in mind, the Luxury Table Platform and the facilities therein will (as the case may be) make reasonable attempts to accommodate your instructions for a reservation. However, in some cases where this is not commercially possible, available, or reasonable, the Luxury Table Platform and/or the Facilities reserve the right to proceed with the preparation of the Reservation by standard operating procedures, but neither the Luxury Table Platform nor the Facilities will be responsible for replacing or refunding a Reservation that does not comply with the specific instructions you have booked.
Luxury Table is not liable or responsible for reservations, goods, or services of the Facilities that are unhealthy, cause harm, are unacceptable to Users,s or in any way do not meet Users' expectations.
