The description of MG App - Cidadão

The MG Citizen app is the official application of the Government of the State of Minas Gerais with the objective of offering access to the main services provided by the organs and entities of the Minas Gerais public administration.
The MG Citizen app has the following main features:

- Popular Consultation: Brumadinho Repair
- Birth, Marriage and Death Certificate
- Inspection Report (AVCB)
- Water and sewage - Copasa
- Energy - Cemig
- Vehicles and drivers (Detran MG) as driver's score, request for a 2nd copy of the National Driver's License (CNH), Vehicle Status and Issuance of Fines Statement
- Consultation and evaluation of State service units (Schools, Police Stations, Military Police, Sine, UAI, Health Units, Regional Pharmacies, Hemominas)
- State Server - Paycheck
- IPVA MG 2021 and Licensing Fee
- Medication consultation (provided by Farmácia de Minas)
- Medication request consultation (provided by Farmácia de Minas)
- Background check from the Civil Police
- Scheduling of services for the Integrated Care Units (UAI), SINEs and Blood Donation - Hemominas
- Free appointment to issue ID card
- Occurrence Bulletin (BO): Traffic accident without a victim, Threat, Noncompliance with Protective Measures, Theft, Bodily Injury, Facts, Loss of Documents and Objects
- Opening of Highway/Transport incidents
- Consult the timetable of the intercity and RMBH buses
- Opening of a demonstration at the State Ombudsman's Office
- Talk to the Government (Doubts about the services of the Government of the State of Minas Gerais)

The MG Citizen app is coordinated by the Minas Gerais State Department of Planning and Management (Seplag-MG) and developed by the Minas Gerais Information Technology Company (Prodemge).

The MG app has the availability of services from the following bodies and entities: Fire Department, Cemig, Copasa, Detran-MG, Department of Buildings and Highways of Minas Gerais (DER), Foundation Center for Hematology and Hemotherapy (Hemominas), Police Civil of Minas Gerais, State Ombudsman's Office, Union of Civil Registry Officers of Natural Persons of the State of Minas Gerais (Recivil), State Secretariat for the Environment and Sustainable Development (Semad), State Secretariat for Social Development (Sedese) , Secretary of State for Government (Segov), Secretary of State for Finance, General Secretary of Government, Secretary of State for Transport and Public Works (Setop), Secretary of State for Health (Ses-MG) and Secretary of State for Planning and Management.
