In 2010, the WHO published GLOBAL RECOMMENDATIONS ON PHYSICAL ACTIVITY FOR HEALTH.
In Geneva, in May 2018, during the 71st World Assembly of the WHO, the GLOBAL PLAN OF ACTION ON ACTIVITY was presented
PHYSICS 2018-2030.
In Chicago, in November 2018, during the congress of the American Heart Association, the new GUIDELINES were presented
ON THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY FOR THE AMERICANS, announced by the slogan "move more sit down less".
Each of us can improve our health status, even only through physical activity, at any time and in any context, in
all the ways they can keep us going.
After a single episode of physical activity, immediate benefits are already found, while in the long run, constant physical activity
improves brain health and cognitive status, reduces the risk of dementia, improves bone health, promotes weight loss, has a
protective effect against eight types of cancer (bladder, breast, colon, endometrium, esophagus, kidney, lung and stomach), reduces the
risk of hypertension, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia, cardiovascular diseases and related mortality; it also reduces the risk of depression and
anxiety; improves sleep quality and quality of life in general.
MOVE
MUOVI is the PEDESTRIAN URBAN METRO developed by the best pedestrian / circular ring route in the center of the municipality or of the
neighborhood, about 6 km, and 6/8 stations to go up and down from the platform, identified in the points recognizable by the residents and barycentric areas
high housing density.
MUOVI served by the METRO application to calculate the train timetable on the track and to "play".
MUOVI is an intangible technological infrastructure (a smart city) that is designed and installed on the urban territory, almost like one
simple swing in a park, and that in the short term triggers a health program, at 0, 0 km and 0 impact.
Yes, the track is still the same but this is not a problem, indeed. The track is like the road that takes you home: you know the whole route, the
distances, danger points; you know how to dose speed, when to slow down or stop. Going back to the track is like coming home. There you feel secure and more
strong. There you buy your inner power.
METER
METRO is a SERIOUS HEALTH GAME (an application) that works only for MUOVI to which it is dedicated.
To PLAY choose a train and read the day and time it passes by your station, come to the station at the exact time, get on the train and, if it does not pass,
leave and you train leader.
