My name is Javier and I am at the head of a team of nutrition and training professionals who strive every day to give the best possible care to our clients. Every week we get involved with our clients, we are interested in all the issues that may be happening in their lives and that may affect planning. We evaluate them together and make them participate in the work. In the end, achieving success in a sports plan of these characteristics depends largely on the client's ability to stay motivated and connected with his plan.
