Omada is an innovative platform that aims to unite unprofessional talents to work together and create their own start-ups to reach the goal of professionalism. Most, if not all, undergraduates don’t have the possibility of gaining experience in the skills they develop due to severe lack of need for them in the market. Their lack of experience makes them inadequate for jobs and as such waste the first few years of post-graduation life in jobs that don’t take advantage of their talents in an effort to gain experience. Platforms such as Facebook or Wuzzuf don’t provide the necessary help as they are merely for job advertising and offer the merest of help to support start-up projects
