CARDIO ZONE
Our Cardio zone has equipment from Aerofit. We have treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, steppers, Bamboo sticks and Battle ropes. This is where weight loss and fitness happens.

AEROBICS ZONE
We have aerobics zone, where you can practice Step aerobics, Floor aerobics, Zumba & different dance forms.

VIBRO ZONE
We have vibro equipment from Aerofit, Relax your muscles with the Vibro machines.

STRENGTH ZONE
We have a wide range of equipment spread throughout the club. To create ease when using the equipment we have clustered it in sections targeted at different body parts.
