The Atalk Biz service cannot be registered as a member within the application, and is an application provided to subscribers for Atok corporate use. Please log in with the ID information issued by Good Telecom.

Atokbiz includes functions necessary for general companies to specialized call center functions, so only necessary functions can be used on multiple devices (Web, tablet, smartphone, IP-Phone) through cloud method or built-in type.

■ Main features of Atok Biz service

※ Representative number
- Use the national representative number, landline number, and internet phone number through the Atoq Biz application

※ Call forwarding function
- For incoming calls, you can designate a sequential method, simultaneous ring, or circular method. Applicable equally to Web, APP, and IP-Phone
- Receive incoming calls from abroad or inside/outside the country in order of arrival

※ Call forwarding function
- Incoming calls to Atok Biz are converted to external numbers

※ PBX function
- You can use the PBX function through wired, web, and APP anywhere at home and abroad, and internal call / return function, and return function to external numbers, not only within the organization.

※ Caller number display
- When making a call with the Atoq Biz application, you can make a call by indicating the representative number of the company

※ chatting
-Closed chatting is possible only between members of the organization, chat room opening, file sharing function

※ Click to dial
- Conveniently call from the Web without having to dial the phone number every time on the phone

※ RBT (coloring)
- When receiving, a pre-specified sound source is transmitted to guide the caller,

※ Guide to App Access Permissions
When using Atok Biz, the following permissions are required.

· Location: Necessary for fraud prevention and service improvement
· Camera: take pictures, upload pictures

* You can use the service even if you do not allow optional access rights, but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions.
