Robi Axiata Limited brings handset financing offer through Robi Phone Loan service. Eligible Robi or Airtel subscribers will be able to buy handset by paying minimum 30% down payment. The remaining amount is to be paid in equal monthly installment of 6 or 12 months. No debit or credit card is needed to avail the offer. Eligible customer will be able to avail the offer by visiting Robi Walk-in-Center or rStore. Customer will also be able to order online through Phone Loan App.

This App will be used by Robi Walk-in-Center and rStore agents to order on behalf of the customer.

The services of this platform are broadly classified into the following areas:

• Agent login with agent credential.
• Check eligibility and explore Phone Loan offers.
• Order handset for customer from the available handsets.
• OTP is needed for login.
• OTP from customer is needed for order confirmation.
• Home delivery service.
• Check monthly installment details of customer after taking the offer.
