With the free Post & DHL app, the most important postal and parcel services are at your fingertips anytime, anywhere on your smartphone or tablet – from purchasing postage stamps or parcel stamps to consignment tracking. As a registered customer, you also benefit from other advantages.

PURSUE
• Shipment tracking including barcode scanner
• All shipments at a glance including delivery time and detailed information
• Book all available delivery options for a shipment
• Letter notification: Free notification of the letters that will be delivered shortly, including a photo of the envelope and push notification
• Also display the shipment status for letters (e.g. registered mail or priority mail) and Warenpost
• Scan matrix codes on stamps before sending and use basic shipment tracking for letters
• Find out more information about the stamp and the motif after the scan
• Store and manage up to 10 shipments
• Push notifications about the current status of the shipment and new letter announcements
• DHL Live-Tracking: track shipments in real time on a map including countdown and delivery time window

• Access to local and online address book to select recipient and sender addresses
• Combine shipping labels in steps of 10 as required to create a savings set and save up to 20% on shipping costs
• Payment function via PayPal, credit card or direct debit
• Display of a QR code for free printing of the mobile parcel stamp in branches, at Packstations or with the deliverer
• Display of the parcel stamp as a PDF for printing or forwarding as an e-mail
• Cancellation function for purchased shopping carts
• Display of the shopping carts of the last 30 days
• Request postage for postcards, standard letters, compact letters and large letters in the app, pay online and use it immediately as a mobile postage stamp or online stamp
• Use the postage advisor to determine the appropriate postage

PACKING STATION
• Details on Packstation shipments (incl. pick-up code)
• Operate app-controlled packing stations via app without a screen
• Display of the location or address where the package is ready for collection
• Be informed by push as soon as your package is ready for collection at the branch or Packstation
• One-time activation of the area with an activation code via SMS and additional device activation, e.g. by scanning the customer card or an activation code by letter.
