Similarly the action of all the button can canceled with cancel button if you do not want to set the ringtone.
When you want to remove or replace the ringtone then go to your phone setting - Sound - Phone ringtone and complete action with Ringtone WaterFall or media store or other application. Click just once for one time and always for regular use.
