● IoT device connection/control
You can control and manage various brands of IoT devices with one app.

● Wall pad connection/control only
In conjunction with the apartment home network system, you can use the wall pad function as an app. (control of lighting, boiler, gas circuit breaker, etc., inquiry of visitor history, elevator call, etc.)

● Smart Mode
Through the smart mode function, you can operate multiple devices at the same time or set them to operate automatically according to various conditions.

● AI voice control
If you link with artificial intelligence service NUGU (speaker, Tmap NUGU, T phone NUGU), you can control the device with your voice.

●  Complex entrance entrance
If you have a smartphone, the common front door opens automatically. No password entry, no need to tag card keys.

● Registration of visiting vehicle
If you register a visiting vehicle in advance with the app, the parking breaker will automatically open and you will receive a parking alert.

[Guidance on access rights]

The following access rights are required to provide the service. Optional access rights require permission when using the function, and even if not allowed, you can use the service other than the function.

• Notifications (optional)
- Required for smart home membership registration, membership permission change, change in detailed functions or warning notification.

• Permission to access nearby devices (optional)
- When using the common entrance/exit function, it is necessary to search for common entrance/exit sensors.
- Required for Bluetooth device communication and connection.

• Location (optional)
- When registering a device, it is necessary to search for WIFI routers and devices.
- It is necessary for the operation of the out/home mode of the smart mode.
- When using the common entrance access function, it is necessary to search the common entrance entrance sensor.
- Required for finding the final location of a Bluetooth device.

• Display on top of other apps (optional)
- Required for displaying information pop-ups that occur in the background state.

• Files and media (optional)
- Required for profile picture registration.
- Necessary for attaching photos in complex life and community bulletin boards.

- Required to save recordings on devices that include a recording function.
