Santiago Ciudad Saludable is a project that seeks to achieve through physical exercises and proper nutritional education: healthier people, family and community integration, greater self-esteem, less stress, reduce anxiety, greater productivity and less work absence, as well as acquisition of healthy habits in the citizens of the city of Santiago.
