Install:
1. Download from Play Store
2. Launch App
3. Tap the "Install Skin" button
4. Tap "OK" when it asks to Replace App.
5. Tap "Install"
6. Tap "Done"

Add an Icon
1. You must have UCCW (free download) in order to use these icons: http://goo.gl/q0KSt Download and install it.
2. Long Tap an empty space on your home screen.
3. Add a Wdiget
4. Scroll down and select Ultimate Custom Widget (UCCW)
5. Select 3x1 or 2x1 size.
6. Select desired icon.
7. UCCW will close, and you will see a Touch Here icon on your home screen.
8. Tap the icon and your custom icon will appear.
9. If you want to resize the icon further, Long Tap on the icon and click resize.

Editing the Program that is Launched with Icon.
1. After creating an icon on your homescreen, launch the UCCW app. Tap Menu, tap "hotspot mode" and tap "OFF." UCCW will exit.
2. Now tap on uccw widget you wish to customize. UCCW will open.
3. Assign the app of your choice for the hotspot.
4. Tap Menu, tap "hotspot mode" and tap "ON." UCCW will exit.
6. Your changes will now be applied to the widget.

Icon Spacing
My screen is set up in a 8x5 grid using Apex with no horizontal and vertical margin. Your screen may look slightly different, just play with the grid sizing.
