The knowledge of our environment passes also understand biodiversity. The great diversity that the plants, and the initial thing we can present related species is often a problem in recognizing species. Examples of these are the courses in botany (BIO-165 / BIO 222) or biology (BIO-1225) which students of agronomy, biology or pedagogy look for different systems, strategies and resources to patterns of regularity in order to classify . While you can find visual models such as diagrams and animations that are used to represent these events on a larger scale, to assist students in building content knowledge, these models are scarce and costly as to implement them in teaching and also do not consider the local flora. Our goal is to design, implement and evaluate an App for the subject of BIO165 (Plant Morphology and Systematics) and BIO222 (Plant Biology II), as exemplified Curauma Campus flora, thereby generating an innovative resource for teaching. In addition, this resource can serve the community and visitors Curauma students to learn about the plant biodiversity of the environment.
