Mesleğimizi farklı adliyelerde yerine getirmeye çalışırken karşılaştığımız zorlukların başında; yoğunluğumuz nedeni ile katılamayacağımız duruşmamız, haciz ya da satışımız, icra takibimiz, dosya incelememiz ya da başkaca sıkıntımızda yardımını isteyebileceğimiz bir meslektaşa kolayca ulaşamamak gelmektedir.

Türkiye Barolar Birliği olarak bu zorluğu aşabilmek üzere "Avukatlar Arası Mesleki Dayanışma Projesi" elektronik ortamda kullanıma sunulmuş olup geliştirilmeye devam etmektedir.

Meslektaşlarımız bu uygulama aracılığıyla hangi il, ilçe ve hangi çalışma alanında meslektaşlarına hukuki destekte bulunabileceklerini profillerinde belirtebilir, özel talep oluşturabilir, diğer avukatların oluşturduğu talepleri kabul edebilir. Böylece desteğe ihtiyacı olan ile destek verebilecek durumda olan avukatlar bu platformda birbirini bulabilirler.
