What's new Bug fixes and performance improvements

  • Created in 2016, by three students, Tellonym is an anonymous messaging app that lets you ask and answer questions about each other anonymously and non-anonymously, it's popular among teens.
  • No violence in the app itself, but violent content and threats could be sent anonymously. Users report being told to kill themselves. No sexual content in the app itself, but links to Snapchat and Instagram mean suggestive photos could be shared and sexual content sent anonymously.
  • You won't really know who's who since most of the time more than one person can like your tell so really it's not gonna get you anywhere. 2. You can block people on Tellonym whether they have an account or not but they will remain anonymous no matter what.
  • Kids should not have this app. This is an app that allows anyone to post anything about other users, while remaining anonymous. It is heaven for trolls who want to post the most vile, graphically violent, racist, misogynistic and sexual messages imaginable. Some messages seem to be taunting users to consider suicide.
  • Tellonym is a messaging network that is accessible on the Web and through the Android and iOS application. The name is derived from Tell and “Anonym” (the German word for anonymously). Tellonym allows users to send messages through the platform, both anonymous and non-anonymous.
  • You don't have to fear that you are going to be revealed unless you commit a crime on Tellonym (bullying is a crime). Only law enforcement agencies are able to track down a person that sent a Tell and only do so if somebody filed a police report or started a lawsuit.
