Hos Wake Me Up hittar du coacher som ställer sin tid till förfogande för att hjälpa dig på din resa i livet. Vi vill peppa dig, uppmuntra dig och hjälpa dig att förstå att du har något att tillföra på det här jordklotet. Det är dags att vakna upp och inse att du är fantastisk, oavsett vad du känner och oavsett vad andra tycker och tänker. 

Boka en tid som passar så ses vi i ett säkert videosamtal. Vad vi pratar om är helt upp till dig och konfidentiellt. Vi finns här för att om möjligt ge tips och råd på vägen, så att den blir en positiv upplevelse för både dig och de människor du har omkring dig.
