The Well One health score measures seven different aspects of the users health to scientifically calculate a score that quantifies their holistic health.The health score can range from 0 to 1000 and when tracked over time offers a good indication of how a user’s health is evolving . The financial wellbeing score gives an indication of the levels of financial stress or success.

The Well One digital health platform allows uses to track their progress across all areas add goals , synch their wearable devices , and get personalised AI coaching . The app encourages engagement with motivation techniques from behavioural science and gamification , and collaborative features from social networks.
