Xrapport - Arbeitsrapporte

A streamlined application for the detection of work reports / work reports.

Ideal for small businesses with field staff, who are looking for an easy way to create work reports directly to the customer on the spot, and to sign it by the customer.

A report consists of a list of work positions, in which the made work can be acquired on an object. Nor can spare parts or materials detect with the required amount.

Completed reports can be viewed in a preview for the customer and it can sign the report immediately using the touch screen.

For further processing, a PDF is generated from the report upon completion, which is sent by mail to a detected in the settings mail address.

The customer can be managed in a customer master. A new report can be as fast a customer to assign and display all existing reports to a customer.

All labor and parts are dynamically manageable in the settings, and can be exported as well, and import them on another device again.
Also the customer base can be easily transmitted through the import / export function to another device.

About the settings your own business information can be recorded and a logo are assigned. These are then displayed on the generated PDF.
It also can define a retention period of the reports, which makes it possible to delete outdated and no longer used reports automatically after a certain number of days from the device.
