What do I need to sign the contract?
Your smartphone and a stable internet connection. Please also have a valid ID document (identity card or passport) ready. Identification takes place via video chat with an identification specialist from our partner IDnow. He accompanies you through the entire process. This only takes a few minutes and is free of charge for you. No login with your customer data is required for the video ident. You register with a one-time Ident-ID, which you received beforehand via SMS.

Manage Credit
The app gives you a quick overview of your current loan. If you want to top up your loan or apply for a follow-up loan, you can easily apply via the app. You can also view payment progress and due dates of your installments at any time. You can easily compensate for payment difficulties by applying for a deferral or rate reduction in the app.

View personal information
You can also register in the app in the customer area. There you have an overview of your loan details and can view the complete loan agreement. You will also find an overview of your installment plan with all due dates after a loan has been paid out. You can update your personal data at any time.
